The Aphrodite of Milos, better known as the Venus de Milo, is an ancient Greek statue and one of the most famous works of ancient Greek sculpture. It is believed to depict Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty. It is a marble sculpture, slightly larger than life size at 203cm high. The famous Venus statue is housed in the Louvre in France. Although the sculptor is unknown and the date of origin can only be estimated the second century B.C., it remains a masterpiece with few equals.

The practice of carving rock temples dedicated to the Buddha originated in India. The practice came to China from the west, one of the earliest examples being at Dunhuang, Gansu Province, Mogao Grottoes. The caves stretch for almost 1 kilometer east to west and contain over 50,000 statues. 52 caves that still remain.

Zhang Yimou finally fulfilled his promise, and the movie "HERO" is released. Zhang Yimou came out of woodwork in Hengdian of Province Zhejiang recently and talk about the movie. Sometime back, all kinds of news related to Hero were churned out endlessly. During its active production period, many media tried to visit the production, hoping to gain some information.
